The team at the Health Hub are great! I’m having ongoing treatment with Kirk for an ankle injury I’ve now had surgery on. He was able to refer me to a great surgeon and supported me the whole way through that process. Since having surgery he has helped me with my rehab and created a tailored plan for my personal needs/goals. I’ve also had treatment with Tina and Sam who were equally brilliant. There’s a running theme with everyone at the Health Hub; they take time to listen to you about your injury/issue and help you to get back to whatever it is that you want to do! I couldn’t recommend the Health Hub enough!

I had been suffering from bad pain in my hip and leg for some time and was worried it may be a major problem with my hip. I decided to try Health Hub to see what they thought. I had an initial consultation with Joe Lancaster and he diagnosed the issue very quickly. Joe explained clearly what the issue was and what was needed to treat it. After about a month of treatments and doing home exercises prescribed by Joe I can now walk without pain. It has been such a relief to get back to normal. I would thoroughly recommend Joe.

Visited the health hub after my girlfriend had a good experience a while back for a sports massage from Tina. I injured my back and called for a same day appointment with Joe Lancaster, after a few sessions/treatments with Joe I am back to full health and managing to carry on with mountain biking again with no issues. No pressure from Joe or the Health hub staff to rebook etc, will definitely be back to see Joe and also get booked in for a sports massage to hopefully avoid injury again!

I saw Joe Lancaster one of their chiropractors for a neck problem. Definitely deserves 5 stars very professional and explained everything gives really good range of exercises to follow at home. Having had a bad experience with a chiropractor in the past Joe filled me with confidence would happily recommend him.

Excellent service, great facilities

I have been with health hub for the last three years and have always been amazed by the excellent customer services all the time, be it the receptionist or the professional therapist. I am also impressed with the cleaningness of the waiting area and the provision of water cooler and tea and coffee was offered if needed. Definitely a loyal and repeat customer.

Health Hub comprises a brilliant team of top, friendly professionals no matter who you come into contact with. They have helped me no end with massages, treatments and injury prevention techniques, such as stretches. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, and have on a few occasions to friends. I don’t hope to have much need for them, but if I need to go back I’ll know I’m in safe hands.

I have been visiting Martin Ratcliffe, Physiotherapist, at the Health Hub, Haywards Heath, for the past three months, for support to recover from a patella fracture I had seventeen months ago. Martin has been excellent. He is young and energetic, kind, caring and knowledgeable. I am so grateful that he keeps stretching me, and moving me forward on my journey of recovery and mobility. I have come a long way in the past three months.
All the staff that I have met at the Health hub have been efficient and welcoming. The premises are clean and light, and easily accessible. Thank you so much for the service you provide. I look forward to my next visit.
