I saw Kirk today regarding a very painful ankle. I found him to be very professional and has a very kind manner. I trust him to help me back to walking properly again soon.

Having suffered from a long term ankle injury I saw Sam who used Active Release Technique to free up the joints. After just one session there has been a noticeable improvement.

Easy to park and lovely staff. I spent time with Kirk Pronto getting back on my feet after a complete new knee. He was very encouraging, good at gauging where I was at, great choice of exercises which I could easily manage and I am now back on the tennis court.

I have been going to the Health Hub for a few years and they never fail to help. When I had a emergency for a injury to my knee they found a way to see me and treat me that day. Thanks to their dedication and support I can get on with my life and continue to enjoy the sports and activities I do.
They are a fantastic team and always friendly and helpful.
