Jodie and the team at The Health Hub have been amazing!! So knowledgeable, I never thought that I would love acupuncture & physio so much, they have helped so much in managing my pain and recovery from a hip replacement, plus the girls on reception are all so welcoming, its a really nice place to go to, I can’t recommend it enough.

I was recommended the health hub from a number of people after I sustained some fairly major muscle and tendon damage to my shoulder due to a mountain bike crash. After making a call they managed to see me the day after my accident for an initial assessment, it was great to be seen so quickly.

I have been going for a number of weeks now and been treated by physiotherapist Kirk. Kirk has been fantastic at helping me through my rehabilitation using a combination of strengthening exercises and acupuncture. I am well on the way to recovery and back in the pool and on the bike already.

I would not hesitate to recommend the health hub to anyone. The surgery is super convenient to get to, beautifully clean and all the staff I have met are very welcoming and friendly.

I’ve been using Health Hub since Nov for a torn hamstring and have received top class treatment, and great re-habilitation advice. I’m now pretty-much back to full strength, and actaully in a far stronger position than before the injury
